Job Overview
The Operating Room Nurse provides direct patient care in a surgical setting inaccordance with applicable scope and standards of practice with thepolicies, values, and mission of the organization. Monitors and managesthe patient and operative environment during surgery to maintain a safeenvironment, optimize outcomes and maximize available resources.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)Experience: One year perioperative nursing experience or successfulcompletion of a perioperative courseEQUIVALENCY- Applicants with an Associate's Degree in Nursing who agree toobtain a Bachelor of Science (BSN) within 3 years from their start datemay be considered.Certification(s): BLS/CPR from the American Heart Association with atleast 6 months left before expiration is required upon hire.Licensure(s): Current State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
