The RN assists the Resource Nurse in the management and care of their assigned patients by means of direct patient care, nursing diagnosis, and patient teaching. Participate in educational programs as an educator/consultant (if applicable).

　　Shift: 3A-3P, 7A-3P, 3P-11P, 3P-3A

　　Typical Shift Length: 8 or 12 hour shifts

　　Weekend Rotation: Two 8 or 12 hour weekend shifts every 6 weeks

　　Holiday Rotation: 1 holiday per year, flexible scheduling

　　About the units – Sioux Center Health is a 21 bed hospital. You can choose your path and specialize in Medical Surgical and Emergency or Medical Surgical and Obstetrics.

　　Technology – Up to date equipment in every patient room. Including wireless monitoring, central fetal monitoring. eICU, eNICU, eER, Telemedicine.
