　　Responsibilities

　　Manage clinical program activities, workflow and nursing resources.

　　Develop, implement and evaluate clinical program services and initiatives.

　　Hire, train, develop and evaluate staff. Assign tasks, prioritizes and coordinate work.

　　Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams to assist with problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services, and systems/performance measures.

　　Monitor and adhere to budget. Approve or monitor expenditures, purchases and other actions to insure compliance with budget guidelines.

　　Requirements

　　Licensure / Certification / Registration:

　　BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

　　Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

　　Education:

　　Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.Additional Preferences

　　BSN preferred

　　Experience in outpatient and inpatient wound and burn care preferred
