　　Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mid-Atlantic Business Unit Lead to oversee and manage all aspects of our client's commercial concrete construction operations within the Mid-Atlantic region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving financial targets.

　　Manage and lead a team of sales, marketing, and operations professionals.
