Maintains timely flow of patients * Arranges for patienttesting and admissions * Formulates and updates patient care plans.Orders, prepares, and inspects patient\'s charts. Posts tests andexamination results * Attends required meetings and participates incommittees as requested 17.Screens patients for appropriate information.Instruct patients in collection of samples and tests. * Assisting withprocedures * Perform vital signs and department specific screenings asapplicable * Maintains patient confidentiality * Perform related workas required/ requested by the supervisor * Other duties designatedunder the scope of licensure 23.Use of electronic medical record (EMR)Specialized Responsibilities: Performance Requirements: * Knowledge ofprofessional nursing theory and practice to give and evaluate patientcare. * Knowledge of organizational policies, relations and proceduresto administer patient care * Knowledge of medical equipment andinstruments and administer patient care * Knowledge of common safetyhazards and precautions to establish a safe work environment * Skill inapplying and modifying the principles, methods and techniques ofprofessional nursing to provide on-going patient care * Skill inidentifying problems and recommending solutions * Skill in preparingand maintaining records, writing reports, and responding tocorrespondence * Skill in developing and maintaining department qualityassurance * Skill in establishing and maintaining effective workingrelationships with patients, medical staff, and the public * Ability tomaintain quality control standards...
