  Join our team as a House Supervisor. The House Supervisor is responsible for coordination and direction of safe and efficient patient care and throughput in the hospital by providing a communication link with ED, patient registration, LIPs and nursing units. As a House Supervisor you will:

  Serve as clinical resource person in delivery and supervision of direct and indirect care processes.

  Provide competent leadership and direction for all hospital Codes and emergency management.

  Act as agent for department and hospital executives when they are not present and reports concerns and events to the designated administrator on call.

  Qualifications:

  In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

  Education Requirements

  BSN required within 2 years of hire

  MSN preferred

  Experience Requirements

  Two years clinical RN experience required

  1-year clinical leadership experience, preferred

  Licenses/Certification Requirements

  RN License to practice in Colorado or Kansas as applicable

  Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association

  Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association

  PALS or ENPC required upon hire or within three months of hire/transfer

  Physical Requirements

  Physical Requirements-Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)Your Connected Community:

  Following a major expansion, Holy Cross Hospital – Jordan Valley's capacity tripled, now housing 171 beds to serve our growing community. We are a Level III Trauma center, STEMI Cardiac receiving center, and certified stroke treatment center. Recently given the Women’s Choice Award for America’s 100 Best Hospitals Emergency Care, we are the only designated trauma center west of I-15 in the Salt Lake Valley.
