Software Engineer– NIKE, Inc., Beaverton, OR. Apply AWS Cloud technologies to develop, configure, and test programs, systems, and solutions to meet defined digital product specifications and direction. Design the backend architecture for data ingestion to capture data in real-time, batch updates with high read and write throughput. Develop scripts to deploy the backend infrastructure in public cloud services. Assess a well-defined problem and lead the development of a technical solution that meets the needs of the business and aligns with architectural standards. Advise product owners on discrete technology-related business problems. Formulate options, including assessing their relative merits and risks, and work with product owners to determine the best solution. Design and implement new features and fix defects in the existing code base. Develop programs to automate tasks. Optimize enterprise-level environments and security configurations for the applications. Test changes in an integrated environment. Debug issues found during testing and troubleshoot issues in a production environment.
