Hennepin County IT is seeking a skilled privileged access management (PAM) consultant to provide implementation assistance for a six-to-nine-month duration. The ideal candidate will have experience in deploying and configuring leading PAM products like Delinea, CyberArk, and BeyondTrust, with a focus on implementation, execution, and integrations. Strong communication skills are essential, as the candidate will collaborate with a range of IT staff and will need to understand the impacts of process changes on them.

　　Partner with internal technical and project management resources and vendor implementation services, to implement and configure the solution.

　　Successful discovery and onboarding of privileged assets and accounts.

　　Knowledge transfer of PAM solution to internal staff.

　　Documentation of PAM solution configuration, deployment, and training.

　　Assist with issue and defect resolution, system testing, and user acceptance testing.

　　Assist with integrations to Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solution (SailPoint).

　　Candidate should possess:

　　Experience deploying a privileged access management solution (preferably BeyondTrust) in a multi-domain, network-segmented environment.

　　Integrating PAM solutions with identity platforms.Templates available for configurations and deployments

　　Experienced with Linux, Windows, and SQL access models

　　6-9 months availability

　　Experience with Azure/Entra ID cloud security

　　Experience with scripting and automation (PowerShell & RESTAPI integrations)

　　Knowledge of Database and Windows CA

　　Strong written and verbal communication skills

　　Experience creating documentation

　　Nice to have:

　　PAM solution certifications
