Description:

　　Full time position with full benefits. Long-term role.

　　-Collaborates with the interdisciplinary healthcare team in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care.

　　-Prioritizes all aspects of care including teaching, rounding, coaching, and planning “after hospital care” and delegating to others as appropriate.

　　-Educates and anticipates needs and readiness to learn, about their plan of care, transition of care, promotion of health, and prevention of disease.

　　-Communicates effectively and professionally with patients, family and all members of the Interdisciplinary Patient Care Team.

　　Qualifications

　　-NYS RN License

　　-BLS from American Heart Association

　　-Min 2 years RN experience

　　-Epic experience preferred

　　-Bachelor of Science with a major in nursing preferred. Associate degree in nursing is considered where there is relevant experience

　　-Usually 12hr shifts 3x per week (Day and Night shifts)

　　-Departments include: Medsurg, ICU, SICU, PICU, PACU, Emergency Department, Outpatient, Ambulatory, Employee Health

　　Experience Level:

　　Entry Level to Experienced
