The Registered Nurse will promotethis mission by coordinating, monitoring, and supporting the healthcareand physical needs of people served. \$1,000 Sign On Bonus Schedule:Mon - Fri (8:30AM-4:00PM) Salary: \$32-\$36 (Rate commensurate withexperience and hours available) Generous Benefits Package:-Comprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance. -Up to 4 weeks ofPaid Time Off annually, with 5 weeks after 2 years of employment and 6weeks after 5 years of employment. -12 Paid Holidays. -Paid Birthday Dayoff. -\$1,000 Employee Referral Bonus with no annual cap. -Employer paidLife and Long-Term Disability Insurance. -403 (b) Retirement Plan.-Healthcare and Dependent Care Spending Plans. -Professional Developmentand Education Assistance. -Free BJ\'s Wholesale Club Membership. -Freeon-site parking Responsibilities: -Provision of medical services,training and counseling for people we serve. -Provide pertinent nursingservices, health education as delegated by and observed by theHealthCare Supervisor/RN. -Ensure that services provided are incompliance with MassHealth, DDS, ICARF, DPH, and agency policy andprocedures -Monitor and report individuals\' medical progress,challenges, and status. -Participate in completing nursing assessmentswithin required timelines. -Act as an advocate for the people served.-Provides staff training for pertinent medical concerns. -Participate inDay Hab Service Plan (DHSP) development and meetings. -Attend requiredtraining and meetings. -Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.-In the absence of the Healthcare Supervisor, the RN will be expected tosupport the programmatic needs associated with that role.Qualifications: -Current license as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.-Experience working with individuals with Intellectual/DevelopmentalDisabilities preferred. -Demonstrated ability to work both independentlyand collaboratively with a culturally diverse population of individuals,co-workers, care providers, family, community members and others.-Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities in afast-paced and challenging environment. -Ability to lift up to 50 poundsas needed. -Valid driver\'s license and acceptable driving record isrequired. -Must be able to successfully pass a CORI, SORI, Reference,DPPC and national fingerprinting background check.
