　　Sodexo is seeking a Fulltime Registered Dietitian for Waterman Village in Mount Dora, FL, not far from Orlando .

　　This position is temporary covering a 12-week leave starting in March, and is flexible to allow for remote work 2 days/week.

　　R eporting to our General Manager, the successful candidate will:

　　be a Registered Dietitian with FL state license;

　　provide nutritional care to the residents in continuing care and rehab;

　　ensure proper food items are served to residents in the healthcare center;

　　oversight of service staff in healthcare satellite kitchen (working closely with 2 CDMs);

　　communicating back to the Food Service Director and Executive Chef;

　　be an active member of the interdisciplinary care conferences; and/or

　　represent the Food & Nutrition Department as a liaison with the medicaland nursing staff.

　　Basic Functional Experience - 1 year work experience in health care including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted or independent living facilities, long-term care, retirement homes, or clinics + registered dietitian
