Position: Cyber Security Lead

Job Overview:
As a Cyber Security Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our organization's cyber security strategy. You will be responsible for leading efforts to protect our systems, networks, and data from potential cyber threats. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, hands-on technical expertise, and effective leadership to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information assets.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the organization's cyber security strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
Lead a team of security professionals, providing guidance and direction in the implementation of security measures.
Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to identify and address potential security weaknesses.
Design, implement, and monitor security measures for the protection of computer systems, networks, and information.
Oversee the development and enforcement of security policies, procedures, and standards across the organization.
Collaborate with IT and business units to integrate security into the overall business processes.
Stay informed about the latest security trends, threats, and technologies to proactively address emerging risks.
Manage and respond to security incidents, conducting investigations and implementing corrective actions.
Lead the development and delivery of security awareness and training programs for employees.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to information security.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in a cyber security leadership role, with a track record of successfully implementing security measures in a corporate environment.
In-depth knowledge of cyber security principles, technologies, and best practices.
Strong understanding of risk management, vulnerability management, and incident response.
Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
