The process will consist of opening the form,pulling the finished product from the form, cleaning the form, oilingthe form, correctly placing the steel reinforcement cage into the form,closing the form, fill the form with concrete, level the concrete in theform, and cover the form for curing. After approximately a 12 hr. curingcycle the process is repeated. Must be able to lift and carry 75lbs for50 yards. Must be able to handle temperature extremes. Some weekendwork. No prior education or experience is required. On the job, trainingwill be provided.
\$17.54/hr. Approx. 40-50 hours/week, from Monday to Saturday. 7:00am -5:00p.m. Applicants may be offered higher than the advertised. The wagerate may vary on experience and/or merit. \$26.31/hr for overtime. Up to10 hours of overtime may be available but not guaranteed.
All deductions from the workers paycheck will be made as required bylaw. The employer will use a single workweek as its standard forcomputing wages and pay bi-weekly by check. Any advances will bededucted with the consent of the employee. The employer will providehousing as an option to employees living outside the regular commutingdistance. Employees who elect to live in the housing will have anadditional \$375 deducted bi-weekly paycheck for rent and utilities.Optional daily transportation will be provided from and to worksite andthe employer will deduct \$50 biweekly.
In the first workweek, the cost of transportation (including meals andto the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will bedirectly reimbursed to every worker. If the worker completes 50 percentof the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker fortransportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to theplace of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the workeris dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the workersreasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home orto the place the worker originally departed to work, except where theworker will not return due to subsequent employment with anotheremployer or where the employer has appropriately reported a workersvoluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportationpayment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical andreasonable common carrier for the distances involved. In the firstworkweek, daily subsistence for travel to the place of employment willbe reimbursed at a rate of at least \$15.46/day to a maximum of\$59.00/day with receipts. Also, workers will be reimbursed in the firstworkweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and otherrelated fees, including those mandated by the government (exceptpassport fees). The employer will provide workers at no charge alltools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
