This position oversees the applications and formulations team that supports the Health, Nutrition & Care BU as well as the nutrition portfolio of the Taste, Texture & Health BU. The Innovation Application Centre focuses sales enabler for marketing and sales strategic projects and as post launch activities (market application), which means that our products are now used in an infinite number of customer products.

　　Your key responsibilities

　　Drive the regional innovation pipeline, partnering key regional and global stakeholders to ensure fulfilment of pipeline objectives

　　Lead the Formulation and Application teams in APAC

　　Work with the sales and marketing organization to enable solution selling to customers by providing technical expertise.

　　Manage the development of premix formulations in different segments (early life nutrition, pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements, nutrition improvement and food & beverages)

　　Subject-matter expert in innovation and provide input and support on product strategies, complex issues, and major customer complaints

　　Engage with customers (Technical, Regulatory) to enable them to use our products/product forms including blends and to differentiate ourselves from competition

　　You bring

　　Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent experience in business or science-related field

　　Background in pharmaceutical/galenic and/or food technology is a must.

　　Knowledge and experience in own discipline: broad view on industry and markets, in-depth know-how about customer’s products and formulation, customers’ needs and expectations, pharmaceutical and food applications/delivery systems.

　　Knowledge and experience in other relevant disciplines:

　　Marketing and Sales

　　Balance of commercial and technical know-how.

　　Regulatory, Food and Pharmaceutical regulations

　　Strong managerial knowledge/experience and communication skills:

　　Able to present projects and concepts to management and customers
