This is your chance to be part of a Corporate Human Resources Operations team at a top global hospitality company! As a Regional HR Director, Luxury, you will partner with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton's most important asset, our Team Members. On the HR Operations team, reporting to the Sr Regional HR Director, you will be a key partner in supporting the day-to-day HR activities, annual business priorities, and cyclical HR initiatives across Hilton’s managed portfolio of luxury and full-service hotels in our U.S. and Canada region. You will lead strategic planning and execution for talent development, management, recruitment, Labor Relations and HR engagement of corporate programs, policies, etc. in your remit of hotels.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
Assist with talent development to include identification of talent gaps, leadership career pathways, and organizational planning.Assist with periodic leadership talent review preparation and tracking. Retain in-depth knowledge of internal and external talent to facilitate informed recommendations on talent decisions to support the hotels’ service delivery and operational excellence.Identify leadership task force across multiple hotel operation departments.Develop consistent onboarding for hotel leadership teams that ensures a comprehensive understanding of standards and service delivery expectations.Evaluate and update luxury new hire onboarding delivery standards.Develop, present, and cascade analytical tools and data related to hotel operations, such as Team Member satisfaction and hotel service performance trends.Cultivate a service training structure and establish certified trainers within the hotel operations department.Provide labor relations guidance and counsel to hotel leadership teams in partnership with the Corporate Labor Relations team.Provide guidance and counsel to hotel relationship teams on employee relations matters in partnership with the Corporate Legal team. Handle complex employee relations matters escalated through the Corporate Ethics hotline.How you will collaborate with others:
Help support recruitment in partnership with the Recruitment Operations Center and Regional HR Operations Directors.Provide facilitation of luxury training programs for all U.S. luxury hotel openings/transitions.Provide support in the distribution of luxury training programs and standards for all Americas luxury hotels, in partnership with counterparts from other Americas sub-regions.What projects you will take ownership of:
Maintain Sequence of Service training manuals for hotel luxury operations positions.Ensure national Forbes training is deployed and hotel leadership and team members are educated on certification standards.Conduct onboarding and training/retraining of Director of HR, Director/Manager of Luxury Training Quality Assurance and assist in the candidate evaluation of incumbent performance management.WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
Seven (7) years of experience in Human ResourcesFive (5) years of Hospitality experienceFour (4) years of project management experience, implementing strategic initiatives, executive-level client-facing communication experience and Labor relationsTravel up to 30%Proficient in Microsoft SuiteIt would be useful if you have:
