　　Accessible Space Inc. (ASI) is a national nonprofit organization providinghousing and personal care services to individuals with physicaldisabilities, seniors and veterans.

　　Accessible Space, Inc. a a national non profit provider of affordable,accessible housing is seeking a Full-Time Regional Housing Representative forour location in Greeley, CO!

　　This very administrative position will support and assist the Regional HousingManager with their housing portfolio. The successful candidate will maintainappropriate records on ASI residents according to U.S. Department of Housingand Urban Development (HUD) including assuming a lead role in residentrent collection, filing, and processing/submitting required HUDpaperwork. The candidate will also produce monthly reports as requested by theRegional Housing Manager and market ASI properties to appropriate partners,agencies, and communitiesthat may benefit from ASI housing. In addition, you will work with other ASIstaff on matters pertaining to resident lease issues on the property.

　　Candidate must have a minimum of two years property management experience andthe ability to effectively communicate with residents, strong written andoral communication skills, along with the ability to demonstratedependability and initiative. Must be able to work independently.

　　Prior successful experience working with the elderly or with individuals withphysical disabilities, proficiency with personal computers and standardbusiness software applications a plus. There will be occasional light travelto assigned properties.
