Kornerstone PPM is looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help support our strategic partners. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy to support our clients.
Job brief
Reporting to the National Sales Director, the Regional Business Development Manager will build and maintain relationships with prospects, new and existing customers to retain business, promote revenue growth opportunities and positive internal working relationships to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction following the sale. Other duties will include market research, developing business strategies, managing a variety of projects and identifying new business opportunities. This position will be based out of Salt Lake City, UT.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients while conveying our value proposition to their existing client base.
Responsibilities
Develop a growth strategy focused customer satisfaction
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Prepare sales presentations and assist our partners as needed
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Develop new sales channels and sales opportunities
Requirements and skills
Self starter, self disciplined and target focused.
Highly competitive, driven individual, willing to compete in a flexible environment.
Ability to build rapport at an executive level.
Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
Proven sales track record in the automotive or B2B space
Automotive market knowledge
Communication, presentation & negotiation skills
Time management and planning skills
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
Extensive travel required to support our strategic partners.
Compensation will include Base Salary, Competitive commission structure, Car Allowance, Travel Reimbursements, Health, Dental and Wellness Benefits.
Compensation range considers a wide range of factors, including candidate background, experience, and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
