  The Region Campus Recruitment Lead plays a pivotal role in supporting the strategic design, development, management, and execution of our early careers recruiting programs for Arup in the Americas. In this lead position, you will coordinate day to day operations, ensuring the successful identification, attraction, and onboarding of top-tier talent from various academic institutions. Your role is important in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with educational partners, optimizing the recruitment process, and adding to the overall success of our workforce planning and talent pipelining activities.

  Key Responsibilities

  Collaborate with senior leadership to contribute to the planning and development of effective early careers hiring and internship programs.

  Assist in crafting and implementing initiatives that align with organizational goals and ensure a robust pipeline of diverse, high-caliber candidates.

  Supervise and guide both full-time team members and contract resources, encouraging a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.

  Provide direction, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's success in meeting recruitment targets and goals.

  Conduct regular team meetings to share updates, standard methodologies, and address challenges.

  Partner with Recruitment Process Outsourcing partners to effectively onboard operational support needed during peak season.

  Lead all aspects of the end-to-end execution of campus recruitment programs, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

  Handle relationships with key collaborators, including universities, career services, and student organizations, to enhance program effectiveness.

  Identify opportunities for process improvement within the campus recruitment lifecycle.

  Work with the team to implement standard methodologies, streamline processes, and enhance overall efficiency.

  Apply data and analytics to evaluate the success of recruitment strategies.

  Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators and provide insights for continuous improvement.

  Basic Qualifications

  Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  Demonstrable experience in campus recruitment, talent acquisition, or related roles, with at least 6 years of relevant experience.

  Proven success in leading and managing a team of recruiters

  Knowledge of recruitment standard processes, trends, and technologies.

  Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish relationships at all levels.

  Analytical approach with the ability to use data for decision-making – must have strong excel and reporting skills

  NYC hiring range - The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performed in New York City is $ to$96,500 - $115,000 per year. Benefits are not included in the base salary. Please note hiring ranges for candidates performing work outside of NYC will differ.
