How will you make an impact?
As the Learning System Administrator, you will apply knowledge of the site’s training system, operating procedures and practices to improve the organization’s knowledge base. We will work to provide the Plainville site engaging and timely training programs! As a part of the Plainville Training Team, we will build a culture of learning and development for the site! You will lead crafting and maintaining task based training requirements, onboarding program, On-the-Job trainings (OJTs), and maintain relevant area procedures and training materials in the Learning Management System (LMS)
What will you do?
Assist in planning, scheduling, crafting, and implementing training courses and material in support of the site
Improve efficiency and quality of work by reviewing and implementing effective training material such as, eLearning, OJTs, PowerPoint, and videos within LMS or for training programs
Connect with all the teams on site to assist with training needs
Site administrator of the LMS
Build instructional materials, curriculum, exams and reports in the LMS
Assist with logistics, training requests, maintenance of LMS, and other projects as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Basic knowledge of Microsoft office programs, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
1–3 years’ industry related or proven experience
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
Must be results oriented, self-motivated, and work independently as well as efficiently within a team
Must possess strong project/time management skills, and ability reliably lead multiple tasks and time critical situations
Experience with a Learning Management System
Proactive ambitious thinker, self-starter
Provides effective written and verbal communication to all teams
Able to function in a multifaceted environment and learn new skills, software, and tools quickly
