　　Establishing clear expectations and encouraging client accountabilityImplementing a structure and plan consistent with prescribed curriculum goalsMaintaining an awareness of differences in individual learning styles and strengthsImplement quality instructional practicesWork with administration and staff at the Delaware County PrisonAttend staff training at George W Hill Training and maintain professional behavior consistent with trainingWork directly in the Delaware County Prison, George W Hill Correctional FacilityProvide support to the PA CareerLink and EDSI officesProvide a variety of instruction methods to encourage attention and interestUtilize materials and activities to respond to differences in learning stylesDemonstrate an awareness and commitment to the balance of individual and group needsComplete identified curriculum tasks including job readiness, portfolio documentation and preparation for interviewingReport daily to the George W Hill Correctional facility to support customers onsiteDemonstrate positive, pro-social interactions with clients, staff, and community representativesUse written and spoken language adequatelyUse language reflective of commitment to diversity; demonstrate cultural competenceModel respect and professionalism across all situationsDemonstrate allegiance to policies, procedures and expectations of EDSIMaintain timely and complete documentation, as prescribedParticipate in required program and community meetingsCollaborate effectively, and communicate proactively with staff and clientsOther opportunities as available Qualifications
