We have a unique opportunity for a Clinical Marketing Specialist to join the highly successful Image Guided Therapy Systems business focusing on the interventional cardiovascular domain. You will enter the multinational environment of the Business Group Image Guided Therapy at Philips Healthcare.

You are responsible for

As clinical marketing specialist you have a key role in representing the clinical user in development and introduction of winning propositions for the market of Image Guided Therapy Systems, enabling our customers to deliver the best possible patient care at optimal economical value while performing minimal invasive cardiovascular procedures.

By working in close alignment with customers and internal stakeholders, you will strive to continuously improve our integral offerings.

Participate in development of new functionality. Define and guard the user requirements for the products and solutions and provide ongoing and actionable feedback to continuously improve our offering.

Contribute to testing, evaluation and validation of new functionality in the clinical context, in house or with customers in the field.

Monitor Products in the field and set up Post Market studies to gather evidence on the performance of our products and its intended use.

Develop, together with education specialists, clinical education programs for customers and application specialists on the clinical value and use of our solutions to drive adoption of our offering in the field.

Deliver content for marketing materials and training materials for sales, related to the clinical value proposition and utilization of our solutions

Deliver customer product demonstrations at tradeshows and during customer visits.

You are a part of

You will be part of the Clinical Marketing Education team of the business unit IGT Systems.

The Image Guided Therapy Systems (IGTs) organization is responsible for global marketing, development and manufacturing of X-ray based image guidance solutions in the area of cardiac or vascular medical diagnosis and intervention. IGTs is the global market leader and in the heart of Philips Healthcare.

The Clinical Marketing Education team consists of 20 clinical marketing education specialists. You will work closely together with Product Managers, RD as well as other disciplines as Clinical Science, Innovation and Application specialists in the markets.

This position is based in Best and you will report to the Director Clinical Marketing Education.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Education

Relevant BSc/MSc Degree in Medical Imaging, Biomedical engineering or related fields.Experience

Good hands-on clinical knowledge allowing to understand customer needs and value drivers in the healthcare imaging domain.

Relevant clinical work experience in interventional radiology/cardiology or surgery domain.

Experience in similar role in the healthcare industry (imaging equipment or devices) is preferred.

Experience with product development.

Proven affinity with the healthcare industry.

Skills

Strong analytical skills to be able to synthesize market customer feedback into insights helping improve our offering and clinical adoption.

Ability to deliver in a complex environment (high-end technology, highly professional customers, and global scope).

Hands on person with ability to think creatively and pragmatically.

Ability to collaborate with customers and local sales application teams.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with multidisciplinary teams.

Affinity to work in a global environment willingness to travel (20% of the time).
