About Recruitment Marketing Specialist

  We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing campaigns, analyzing data, and contributing to the overall success of recruitment marketing efforts. This role is ideal for a creative and analytical individual with a passion for marketing and a desire to make a significant impact.

  Your Team:

  1 Marketing Manager, 1 Community & Event Manager, 6 Marketing Specialists, 4 Copywriters, and 1 Graphic Designer

  Requirements:  

  Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related discipline  2+ years of background in a marketing role  Proficiency in social media platforms and their respective participants  Hands-on experience with Facebook and LinkedIn Business Manager Understanding of Google Analytics and building and maintaining reports Competence in achieving goals and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment while working on multiple projects simultaneously Nice to have:

  Previous experience working in an IT company Public relations, Marketing, and Community Management experience  English level:

  Intermediate +

  Responsibilities: 

  Collaborate with the Recruitment marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives Plan and execute recruitment marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget Gather relevant content for newsletters covering news, updates, and events within the company and local office Spearhead the establishment of an Advocates Program, which involves identifying and engaging employees interested in active participation Collaborate with local Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) organizations and charity projects  Oversee and execute event initiatives locally to ensure seamless integration and consistent experiences across locations Advantages of Working with Exadel:
