  DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic Recruitment Manager who will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle.  In this critical role, the Recruitment Manager will work with business leaders and HR Business Partners throughout the organization to develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with current and future talent needs.

  The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:* Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred* Three to five years of experience in all phases of recruitment i.e. working with hiring managers to understand the current or future opening, sourcing qualified candidates, phone interviewing and assessing qualified candidates, coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring manager, partnering with hiring managers to make selections of candidates, presenting and negotiating offers with candidates, assisting with the onboarding and pre-employment of candidates * Experience in production recruitment environment* Experience in proactively establishing and building pipelines of talent; including talent that is passively on the job market* Proven track record of partnering with hiring managers and HR business partners to support talent needs* Ability to represent The High Company in a professional manner* Strong organization, communication and time management skills are essential* Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills* Previous experience in third party recruitment is highly preferred

  General Description of Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:The Recruitment Manager will provide vital support to a diverse portfolio of businesses across the High Company. They will be responsible for managing a multitude of openings within The High Company. This will include, but not limited to, meeting and partnering with hiring managers to review the upcoming openings, posting the opening on multiple job boards, sourcing and screening qualified candidates including proactive outreach to passive candidates, scheduling and coordinating interviews, conducting interview debriefs with hiring managers, assisting in the selection process, presenting offers and negotiating with candidates, and providing an excellent candidate experience for all candidates going through the interview process.

  The Recruitment Manager will be required to provide support in a professional and cohesive manner, keeping in mind the mission, vision, and core values of the company. They will perform their duties with limited supervision, requiring a high degree of confidence, proactiveness, flexibility, and adaptability in day-to-day activities. The responsibility of the Recruitment Manager directly impacts the company objectives and strategic goals.
