  Job Title: Recruiting Administrative Assistant

  Duration: 2 (+) Month Contract

  Location: Deer Park, TX

  Details:

  An established national organization is looking to add an administrative assistant to their team in Deer Park, Tx!

  Focus includes:

  Provide a positive interaction throughout selection process for candidates, hiring supervisor, HR business partners and Recruiters

  Scheduling on-site and/ or remote interviews, preparing and sending offer letters & processing new hire transactions

  Provide assistance for our candidates with moving through the application process in our ATS

  Management pre-employment testing (background checks and screenings, etc.)

  Targeting candidates with:

  High School Diploma

  Must be comfortable in a high call volume environment

  At least 2-3 year of experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook- Experience scheduling complex meetings (working with various time zones, multiple attendees, locations and details

  Offering $20/hr depending on experience.
