Your success in this position will be related to how well you manage a variety of personnel related administrative tasks, provide clerical support to the HR department, and recruit in support of a diverse group of positions. Responsibilities

Acquiring and sorting candidates through various sources and platforms

Administering interviews

Drawing up and posting job opportunity advertisements

Handling new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations

Formulating internal recommendations

Executing various administrative duties

Utilizing digital recruiting resources Requirements - Accomplished in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

Ability to quickly write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals

2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

The top candidates have proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platformsDesire to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks

We need someone who is highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivityGeneral familiarity with Proficiency

Proficiency in social media

Onsite experience highly preferred

Experience with Microsoft Office Suites

Background working with Applicant Track System

Communication Skills experience

Volume Recruiting experience highly valued

Demonstrated knowledge of Social Media Channels

Practical knowledge of Sourcing

Earlier work involving Corporate Recruiting

Solid understanding of customer service

Good understanding of Federal Labor Law

Previous experience working with Upstream

Adeptness in Interpersonal Skills

Database experience preferred
