We are seeking a dynamic and organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team and support the staffing needs of our Developmental and Cognitive Division. The ideal candidate will be proficient in utilizing ATS systems, particularly SilkRoad/Rival, and possess excellent communication and coordination skills.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Utilize SilkRoad/Rival ATS system (experience with other ATS systems is also valued) to manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate selection.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and site supervisors, ensuring smooth communication and feedback exchange.
Participate in interviews alongside site supervisors to provide oversight and gather valuable insights for decision-making.
Extend offers to selected candidates and liaise with the onboarding specialist to facilitate the paperwork and orientation process.
Conduct thorough reference checks using Skill Survey or other relevant platforms.
Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment activities, utilizing tools such as Excel, Outlook, and MS Teams.
Communicate regularly with hiring managers, providing updates on recruitment progress and delivering insightful reports to aid decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment coordination preferred.
Proficiency in using ATS systems, particularly SilkRoad/Rival, and familiarity with other recruitment tools and platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Outlook, and MS Teams.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
