Job Description

　　Insight Global is looking for a Director of Planned giving for one of their largest healthcare clients located in Sonoma County, CA. Planned gifts account for 60%-70% of the total gifts given to the foundation. This individual will create and implement a comprehensive estate planning program. This individual must be knowledgeable of the regulations and laws of charitable giving in order to expand major gift and donor relationships.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　3-5 years of experience in planned giving at a large organization

　　5-8 years of leadership experience

　　Demonstrated experience with estate planning and major gift solicitation

　　1 year of fundraising experience

　　Bachelor's degree - CSPG (certified specialist in planned giving) or must obtain it upon hire

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Financial Planning

　　Law Degree and experience in the practice of law null
