Description

　　Robert Half is assisting a reputable client in staffing a direct hire Talent Acquisition Manager. This position is FULLY on site, with standard business hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm. The position may require light travel to job fairs, etc. Please review the responsibilities and requirements below.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Assist on all recruitment strategies

　　Working with hiring managers to anticipate needs and fill positions

　　Managing job descriptions and interview process

　　Light onboarding and training assistance

　　Helping manage the screening process

　　Researching trends to assist with improvements

　　Policies and strategies for new talent

　　Requirements

　　Requirements:

　　3-4+ years of experience in recruitment

　　Must be comfortable working fully on site, no hybrid flexibility

　　Strong time management and organizational skills

　　Maintain confidentiality

　　Willing to step up and take initiative
