Primary Purpose of the Position
This position works as a team member performing inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance on Corporate and General Aviation aircrafts. The successful candidate will possess the appropriate personality to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a constant focus on safety and quality.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Assign, assist, direct and approve the work of Aircraft Maintenance Technicians.Provide OJT for personnel as required.Monitor budgets, costs, and schedules to achieve program goals.Provide updates and project timelines to the Director of Maintenance and customers as required.Conduct maintenance briefings to team members as required.Oversee work order maintenance database entries and corrective actions.Monitor and maintain documentation of projects.Monitor and enforce company and Certified Repair Station policies and procedures.Provide technical guidance to maintenance personnel when needed.Perform efficient troubleshooting, aircraft maintenance, and repair in accordance with applicable regulations, manufacturer's instructions, and company policies.Ensure consistent, accurate aircraft maintenance records by properly documenting and completing required forms, computer entries, and logbook entries.Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.Perform job duties in a safe manner.Punctual to work each day and prepared to work scheduled work hours.Perform other duties as assignedQualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
Active and current FAA Airframe and Powerplant (AandP) Mechanics LicenseMinimum of 2 years of General Aviation and/or corporate aircraft maintenance experienceKnowledge and understanding of Federal Aviation Regulations and manufacturer manuals.Proven track record of consistent performance while delivering high levels of customer service to internal and external customers is required.Demonstrated record of integrity and sound ethical judgment.Must demonstrate commitment to quality and safety in all maintenance.Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to professionally communicate with customers.Possess adequate tools.Valid driver's license with good driving record.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience on King Air and Cessna Citation strongly preferred.Additional Responsibilities:
As a condition of your employment, you will be required to participate in the AOG / On Call program. Training will be provided.

Work Environment
: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is exposed to wet and/or humid conditions including extreme heat and cold; high, precarious places; outside weather conditions and vibration; chemicals including aviation fuels, oils, and lavatory fluid. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
Travel
: This position requires some travel.
Physical Requirements
: Must be able to perform frequent walking, sitting, stooping, stretching, bending, reaching, and grasping actions. May be required to work nights and weekends.
