  About The Role

  Brighton Health Plan Solutions (BHPS) is seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to support complex and emerging staffing needs. As part of the team, you will actively recruit qualified individuals for open positions, oversee candidate interviews and screening.  Our ideal candidate has both experience and success as a corporate recruiter, in addition to strong communication and organizational skills.

  Primary Responsibilities

  Responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting including sourcing, networking, interviewing, and hiring.

  Work directly with hiring managers to understand ideal experience and profiles for our leadership candidates.

  Develop creative strategies to source active and passive candidates.

  Screen, assess, and evaluate candidates objectively.

  Maintain clear communication regarding the process and next steps for all candidates.

  Create offer letters and launch background checks for prospective employees.

  Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.

  Collaborate with Hiring Managers to determine an ideal hiring and staffing strategy.

   

  Essential Qualifications

  Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field OR equivalent job experience.

  2+ years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced/high volume office or healthcare setting.

  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  Healthcare experience preferred.

  Annual Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000

  The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of the posting of an advertisement and may be modified in the future. When determining a team member's base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable by law including but not limited to location, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, skills, budget and internal equity.
