Description We are on the lookout for a proficient Payroll Accountant to become part of our team in the Hi Tech Engineering industry. Situated in COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado, this role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. As a Payroll Accountant, you will be required to manage customer applications, maintain precise customer records, and address customer inquiries. Further, monitoring customer accounts and implementing suitable actions will be an integral part of your role.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage high volume payroll operations

• Maintain meticulous records of customer accounts

• Handle and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems for various accounting functions

• Ensure accurate processing of customer credit applications

• Apply ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for payroll administration

• Conduct regular auditing of customer accounts

• Utilize Ceridian, Concur, and About Time for effective 401k - RRSP Administration

• Implement accrual accounting principles in financial processes. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is essential.

• Must be familiar with ADP Workforce Now.

• Ceridian knowledge is a must.

• Proficiency in Concur is necessary.

• Experience in 401k - RRSP Administration is essential.

• Familiarity with About Time software is required.

• Must be able to perform various Accounting Functions.

• Accrual Accounting knowledge is necessary.

• Auditing skills are required.

• ADP - Payroll experience is a must.
