Job Purpose and Impact
The Record Information Management Analyst will apply general knowledge and understanding to support the team in moderately complex records and information management processes following clearly defined work steps. In this role, you will partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to execute on domain processes and coordinate projects to support domain compliance.
Key accountabilities
Execute records management processes including database administration, records requests from off site storage processing, domain help requests and tickets management and provide domain database training to users.
Execute special domain processes including annual record's destruction, transfer and migration of records.
Develop process documentation and user training and job aids for domain databases.
Partner with internal stakeholders to answer non routine records related questions.
Develop custom reports and metrics to monitor data quality and compliance with domain policy.
Coordinate and implement special projects related to records management.
Partner with the team to identify general records and information management process improvements.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of two years of related work experience
Advanced English
Experience in record information processes of different departments
Experience in data management, analysis and control
Experience in managing metrics for data quality analysis
Database administration experience
Experience in domain help requests and ticket management
Experience in end user training of domain database.
