Asa member of the Reconstruction Sales Team, the ASR will work with thatteam within an assigned territory and hospital accounts. Within thoseaccounts, the ASR will be responsible forassisting in the scheduling ofoperative cases, securing inventory for those cases, observing, andconsulting the surgical team on Smith Nephew instrumentation andimplants and completing the logistical requirement associated with thosecases. The position requires the ability to assimilate and learn a highlevelof technical information as it relates to surgery and procedures.What will you need to be successful? The foundation of your successrelies on becoming a technical expert in the Orthopaedic JointReconstruction portfolio through structured trainings and assessmentswhile building rapport with the Sales Reps and leadership in theterritory and region. Your ability to build positive relationships withsurgeons, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), hospitalstaff, and yourco-workersto enhance access to customers in order to providedata-driven, trusted solutions. Collaborating with your teammates, youwill also develop an effective territory business plan to generaterevenue and meet/exceed your quota.
