  The Field Sales Intmd Officer is an intermediate position responsible for providing customer service assistance and meeting sales targets for financial products and services within their assigned district or location, in coordination with the broader Consumer Sales team. The overall objective is to utilize a wide range of product knowledge to build relationships with clients in order to recognize which financial products and services meet their needs.

  Responsibilities:

  Develop and implement sales plans to achieve all monthly and annual new asset referral targets

  Interact with managers and directors to ensure ongoing communication regarding existing and future client needs

  Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies that are aligned to sales goals and support sales service activities

  including legal, corporate, and regulatory

  Ensure adherence to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures, to ensure safety and security of client and bank assets

  Monitor improvement of quality of investment consultant activities, including sales targets, referral targets, strict adherence towards compliance, branch huddles

  Resolve client complaints and issues promptly and efficiently

  Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

  Qualifications:

  2-5 years of relevant experience

  Required licenses: Series 7, Series 63, Series 66, and Series 24 or 9/10

  Previous sales experience preferred

  Ability to communicate with all levels of management

  Extensive knowledge of financial and securities industry regulations

  Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements

  Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills

  Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

  Education:

  Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experienceThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.

  Requisitos:

  Licenciatura concluida en: Finanzas, Economía, Administración, Contaduría o Ingenierías.

  Nivel de inglés avanzado.

  Experiencia de 2 años como banquero o en el área de promoción.

  Interés por brindar asesoría financiera.

  Enfoque en las necesidades del Cliente, empatía, negociación.

  Buenas relaciones interpersonales acorde al segmento socioeconómico.

  Actitud de Servicio.

  Orientación a resultados.

  Contar con certificación Nivel 3 (AMIB).

  Objetivos del puesto:

  Formar su propia cartera de clientes mediante la atracción de prospectos a la Banca Patrimonial, a fin de incrementar la base de clientes e ir asegurando su permanencia y rentabilidad mediante una adecuada diversificación de productos.

  Profundizar la relación con sus clientes, a fin de conocer sus necesidades financieras de corto, mediano y largo plazo, para poder ofrecerle soluciones integrales, con el objeto de crear lealtad y relaciones de largo plazo con el cliente.

  Estar en línea con la estrategia institucional y de la oficina, respecto de señales de mercado y rebalanceos de portafolios que, de acuerdo al perfil y necesidades de los clientes se apliquen en consecuencia.

  Administrar y dar seguimiento a su cartera de clientes.

  Apoyar al resto de sus compañeros con el cumplimiento de sus funciones.

  Contribuir al logro de las metas de la oficina (Scorecard).

  Mejorar la experiencia del cliente brindando atención y excelencia en el servicio (Índice de satisfacción de los clientes NPS): Operaciones, quejas, asesorías.

  Funciones Principales:

  Actividades específicas del puesto dirigidas a producir resultados finales:

  Desarrollar el conocimiento del cliente en lo Financiero, Personal y Familiar.

  Generar las reuniones necesarias para iniciar, mantener y fortalecer la relación con los clientes.

  Indagar las necesidades del cliente.

  Asesorar al cliente en la Oferta Citibanamex, revisión de portafolios de inversión.

  Generar relaciones exitosas de Negocio.

  Estudio, actualización y dominio técnico sobre temas inherentes al negocio.

  Brindar instrucciones claras y dar un buen seguimiento a los banqueros de apoyo

  Seguimientos

  Reuniones periódicas con el banquero de apoyo y el Titular de la oficina, para realizar revisión de resultados.Áreas de Decisión

  Decisiones importantes o relevantes que tiene el puesto, sin necesidad de aprobación:

  La oferta de productos de inversión que puede ofrecer a los clientes es decisión del Banquero, pues será él quien conozca a profundidad sus necesidades financieras de sus clientes.

  Hay ocasiones que, en ausencia del Titular, ciertos banqueros pueden suplir las funciones y toma de decisión.

  Realizar operaciones de inversión en productos que estén dentro del perfil del cliente.

  Puede comunicar la estrategia que utiliza al equipo, con base en un análisis que haya realizado.
