Job Title: Recipe Specialist

As a Recipe Specialist, your primary role will be to contribute to innovative projects by setting up and executing experiments at laboratory pilot scale, focusing on nutritional drinks powders and food supplements.

You will work closely with project managers and scientists to deliver nutrients to consumers in enjoyable formats.

Your responsibilities will include organizing and executing experiments, setting up new methods, assisting in the scale-up of recipes, ensuring compliance with laboratory practices, proposing and implementing digital tools for efficiency, maintaining chemical inventories, and supporting the organization of Ideation and Innovation workshops.

Hard Skills

Bachelors in Sciences (Food Science preferred)

2 years of industry Lab Testing (Food or Pharma)

Testing Skills: mixing, following SOPs, physical testing, scale-up testing

Soft Skills

Ability to work in a team

Strong organizational skills

Innovative thinking

Commitment to safety and sustainability
