　　Greets scheduled and unscheduled visitors and directs them appropriately

　　Answers phones and routes calls to respective parties

　　Arranges and coordinates travel schedules and reservations as needed

　　Coordinates and arranges meetings, reserves and prepares facility for visitors and or customers

　　Orders and maintains supplies, and arranges for equipment maintenance on office contracts

　　Assist manager with administrative tasks
