Cashier/Receptionist with excellent customer service skills needed to work with  customers both in person and on the phone for busy dealership. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: * Answer and direct incoming calls on a multi-line switchboard with professional demeanor * Provide basic information to customers who have general inquiries * Prepare sales and service gas tickets for the accounting department * Collate and file invoices using various methods * Make out-going phone calls to notify customers of Motor Vehicle work arrival * Calculate the customer’s bill and collect payments using the dealership’s computer system * Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise   REQUIREMENTS: * Superior verbal communication skills and ability to stay on task with attention to detail. * Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment * Exceptional Organizational Skills * Dealership and/or recent retail receptionist experience * Professional personal appearance and presentation * Outgoing and positive demeanor   Shifts available include: ( Full time available upon request )            10:00AM-7:00PM, 4:00PM-8:00PM,  Week day shifts            8:30AM-5:00PM Saturdays           Closed on Sundays  Scheduling done on a monthly basis Customer service, cashier, Buick, GMC, General Motors, Hyundai, Car, Dealership, Auto
