Description

　　Robert Half is currently seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join a team as a Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our organization, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, along with a commitment to our organization's mission.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and positive attitude.

　　Answer and direct incoming calls, providing information as needed.

　　Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

　　Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

　　Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.

　　Coordinate appointments and meetings, including scheduling and preparing meeting rooms.

　　Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication within the organization.

　　Uphold the values and mission of the non-profit organization.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

　　Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

　　Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

　　Friendly and professional demeanor.

　　Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

　　Commitment to the values and mission of the non-profit organization.
