We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist in Herndon, Virginia. This role involves providing support for various administrative and front desk duties within the industry. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our organization and will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations. This position is fully on-site.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage incoming phone calls, ensuring proper routing and prompt responses.

• Welcome and greet visitors in a courteous manner, providing them with necessary information and guidance.

• Accurately perform data entry tasks, ensuring all customer records are up-to-date.

• Provide general administrative support as needed, including maintaining office supplies and coordinating mail distribution.

• Uphold a professional and organized front office environment to enhance client experience.

• Use the Alpha 6,000 - 8,000 kph skills to perform tasks efficiently.

Requirements

• Must have at least 1 year of experience as a Receptionist.

• Proficiency in Alpha 6,000 - 8,000 kph is required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.

• Proven organizational and administrative skills.

• Familiarity with office equipment and applications.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.

• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
