Description We are in the process of onboarding a Receptionist to become a part of our workforce. The industry we operate in is healthcare, and our location is in Springfield, Virginia, United States. The offered employment opportunity is a short term contract.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact on-site, ensuring smooth operations.

• Handle the responsibility of greeting guests, providing them with a friendly and detail-oriented welcome.

• Manage the task of answering multi-line phone systems promptly and with a detail-oriented approach.

• Ensure accurate data entry and effectively organize files as required.

• Excel in providing superior customer service, addressing and resolving any customer inquiries.

• Schedule appointments efficiently, maintaining a well-organized calendar.

• Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for various tasks, such as email correspondence.

• Apply excellent interpersonal skills in all interactions with team members and customers. Requirements • Proficiency in answering and managing a multi-line phone system

• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and staff

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and editing

• Ability to organize files systematically for easy retrieval
