Currently ManTech is seeking a Program Analyst/Manager III to join our team supporting our growing Defense Sector and Marine Corps programs.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Serves as the contractor's single contract manager and shall be the contractor's authorized interface with the Government Contracting Officer (CO), the contract level Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), government management personnel and customer agency representatives.
Develops, analyses, evaluates, advises on, and/or improves the effectiveness of work methods and procedures, organizations, manpower utilization, distribution of work assignments, delegations of authority, management controls, information and documentation systems, and similar functions of management.
Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.
Shall be responsible for the overall contract performance and shall not serve in any other capacity under this contract.
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
Experience:
At least 12 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and independently performs a wide variety of complicated tasks.
Provides consultation on complex projects. Lead and direct the work of others.
Education:
Bachelor's degree (+12 years of experience)
Masters Degree in related field preferred.
Certification:
Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAU Level II certification requirements in Program Management.
Certified Scrum Master preferred.
Security Clearance:
Active TS/SCI Security ClearancePhysical Requirements:
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office.
The person in this position will need to be able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
