Concord client is in need of a temporary Receptionist. This is a contract position lasting 4-6 weeks. Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish is required.

Receptionist responsibilities:

Greeting people

Answering phones

Making copies

Requirements • Proficiency in answering a multi-line phone system

• Demonstrated skill in providing high-quality customer service

• Experience with data entry tasks

• Ability to manage email correspondence effectively

• Strong interpersonal skills for detail-oriented communication

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management

• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook for scheduling and email management

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and editing

• Proven ability to organize files systematically

• Experience in scheduling appointments efficiently
