Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist in Tucson, Arizona. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your duties include offering administrative support across the organization and handling the flow of people through the business and ensuring that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
• Serve as the initial point of contact for our organization, answering phones and directing calls to appropriate personnel.
• Provide a warm and detail oriented customer service experience for all visitors and callers.
• Assist with clerical support tasks, including data entry and document preparation.
• Uphold a =+ years of experience and detail oriented presentation at all times.
• Manage and maintain an organized and efficient reception area.
• Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed, including the use of masks when necessary.
• Contribute to a positive work environment with a detail oriented attire and demeanor.
• Assist in the maintenance of accurate customer records.
• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and detail orientedly.
• Actively participate in the ongoing improvement of our customer service processes. Requirements • Must have prior experience in Receptionist Duties, including greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, and directing them to appropriate personnel.
• Proficient in Administrative Assistance tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining office supplies.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels within the organization.
• Strong organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in the use of office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must have a detail-oriented demeanor and appearance.
