Description
We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing clerical support within a non-profit organization.
Responsibilities:
• Managing multi-line phone systems to answer incoming calls and redirect them as necessary.
• Offering exceptional customer service by greeting and directing visitors in an efficient manner.
• Handling data entry tasks to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
• Managing schedule appointments and organizing files to ensure smooth workflow.
• Providing email correspondence support to ensure effective communication within the organization.
• Utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to facilitate administrative tasks.
• Leveraging interpersonal skills to foster a positive working environment.
Requirements
• At least 1+ years of experience in a Receptionist role or similar position.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to handle a multi-line phone system and efficiently direct calls.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Experience with data entry and maintaining organized files.
• Comfortable with email correspondence and scheduling appointments.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with staff and visitors.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative when necessary.
