Receptionist - Accounting Clerk

$22.00 per hour

We are looking for an outgoing and committed administrative professional to work at the front desk of our main office. In this role you would be the smiling face to greet our participants and guests every day as well as providing clerical and administrative support to our finance department.

A Day in the Life of the Receptionist - Accounting Clerk

As our front desk receptionist you would be greeting the individuals we support as they arrive each day and ensuring that leave safely. At our front desk you would be welcoming guests, directing phone calls appropriately and helping to ensure the mail is properly distributed and other clerical work.

You would also work with our finance team and assist with the needs of the department. You would do this by reviewing and proofing all receipts, entering journal entries into our accounting system and other clerical needs for the department.

Qualifications for the Job:

High School Diploma or equivalentPrevious clerical experienceProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookSchedule:

35 hours a week Monday-Friday
