Description We are searching for a meticulous Receptionist to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This role primarily involves handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and distribute mail effectively

• Handle office supplies inventory and order food as required

• Take charge of interview scheduling and initiate the onboarding process

• Direct visitors and staff to their respective destinations within the office

• Manage the calendar effectively, ensuring smooth operations

• Assist in organizing annual events such as the Christmas party

• Manage filing and scanning of documents efficiently

• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for various tasks

• Use interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service

• Perform data entry tasks and schedule appointments as needed Requirements • Proficient in answering multi-line phone system

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

• Experience in email correspondence

• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and team members

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word

• Experience in organizing files and maintaining an organized workspace

• Ability to schedule appointments and manage a calendar effectively
