Robert Half has opportunity for a Receptionist with our client in Inlet, Florida. The role involves various administrative tasks in a bustling office environment. You will be at the forefront of the company, handling a range of responsibilities, from answering phones and greeting guests to performing basic office duties and managing schedules. This is a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact, answering multi-line phone system and addressing customer inquiries

• Welcome guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment

• Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for various administrative functions

• Carry out basic office and clerical duties to support daily operations

• Maintain an organized filing system for easy data retrieval

• Schedule appointments as required, ensuring efficient time management

• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving issues when necessary

• Assist in the overall smooth running of the office, taking on additional duties as required

Requirements

• Proficiency in answering multi-line phone systems

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word

• Experience in scheduling appointments

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

• High degree of professionalism and a positive attitude

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
