Description We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill our Receptionist role located in Johnston, Iowa. This position is crucial for providing excellent customer service, managing a multi-line phone system, and handling various administrative tasks. The role operates within a dynamic and fast-paced environment where communication and organizational skills are key.

Responsibilities:

• Answering multi-line phone system promptly and professionally.

• Providing exceptional customer service, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.

• Performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

• Managing email correspondence, ensuring timely response and follow-ups.

• Organizing files and maintaining an orderly filing system.

• Scheduling appointments and managing calendars.

• Performing general receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.

• Using Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for various tasks.

• Taking initiative in resolving issues and improving processes.

• Handling front-line phones and customer service as required. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook is required.

• Should have experience in answering multi-line phone systems.

• Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a Receptionist role.

• Strong customer service skills are essential.

• Must be capable of performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.

• Excellent interpersonal skills are required.

• Should have experience in organizing files and maintaining an organized workspace.

• Must be capable of scheduling appointments and managing calendars.

• Should be proficient in email correspondence and other forms of digital communication.

• Must have a thorough understanding of typical receptionist duties and responsibilities.
