Description We currently have a short-term contract / temporary opening for an intelligent, highly-skilled Receptionist in a growing company. This established and recognized company offers a hands-on work environment with fulfilling challenges and is based in the San Diego, California region. Responsibilities

Oversee various office files and provide general office filing support

Place orders for office and kitchen supplies

Structure, filter, and hand out incoming mail according to specified procedures

Handle and route all incoming phone calls

Support other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks

Look after various office files and provide general office filing support

Be a welcoming presence for visitors

Wield strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency Requirements - Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

Command of Restocking

Solid understanding of Receptionist Duties

Deep understanding of Assist Visitors

Detailed and have the ability work independently

Optimistic, creative, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy

Highly organized and self-motivated

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)

1 or more years of experience handling multi-line phone systems
