Role and Responsibilities
CAE is seeking a Receptionist to support our team at our DFW Airport location. This role centers around customer service and support for the Dallas West Training Center.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer incoming calls for the Center, direct calls and greet clients in a professional manner.
Assist with the contract process including scanning and activating contracts, tracking credit memos and assist with mailings.
Daily and weekly reporting of sales activities to management.
Various other sales and administrative duties as needed.
Work on special projects as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
5 years’ experience in customer service related areas.
One year experience as receptionist and/or experience in Customer Service related industry.
Switchboard or extensive telephone handling experience
Proactive initiative in handling customer service support issues
Excellent PC skills including Intranet, Internet, Outlook, Word, Excel
Dynamic interpersonal skills and multi-task oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in aviation industry a plus
EDUCATION
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
